Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Documentation Contractor with expertise in Workday HCM, CloudPay, and Global Payroll to support payroll documentation initiatives. The role involves documenting Italy payroll requirements, Workday-to-CloudPay integrations, and payroll support processes for globally deployed countries.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document payroll requirements for Italy, including statutory, tax, and compliance needs.
- Document Workday-to-CloudPay integrations, data flows, and payroll configurations.
- Create SOPs, support models, escalation paths, and operational process documentation.
- Work with payroll, HR,
and vendor teams to capture business and technical requirements.
- Develop audit-ready documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and CloudPay .
- Strong technical documentation and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience with global/multi-country payroll operations.
- Knowledge of payroll integrations and payroll support models.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and process mapping skills.
Must Have

- Experience with Italy Payroll and EMEA payroll processes .
- Experience with LATAM Payroll .
- Ability to speak English and Spanish or Portuguese . xysqume
- Experience working with global payroll vendors and compliance requirements.
