Core Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end data solutions leveraging GCP services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data strategies.
- Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and oversight for data pipeline development, data warehousing, and analytics solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all data architecture components.
- Engage with clients for project-specific meetings,
requiring periodic travel within Italy.
Requirements:
- Extensive, hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Proficiency in data engineering best practices and cloud-native architectural patterns.
- Language Requirements: Must be fluent in both English and Italian. xysqume
