About the Role:

As our Category Activator OOH – Spreads, Beverages and Frozen Categories, you will play a key role in driving the growth of your categories across the Out of Home channel. Reporting to the Category Activator OOH, you will define and execute category activation strategies, working cross-functionally to transform insights into impactful commercial initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of two people, contributing both strategically and operationally to business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
You will develop and implement the national category activation plan for the Out of Home channel, ensuring full alignment with the strategic direction defined during the Category Marketing Review. You will identify and execute sell-out initiatives based on category performance,
translating market opportunities into effective activation plans. You will manage promotional investment budgets across brands, categories, channels and customers, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize business impact. You will collaborate closely with the Consumer Marketing team, influencing priorities and securing the right focus and investments to strengthen Out of Home consumption occasions. You will continuously monitor the performance of activation plans, evaluating results through both ex-ante and ex-post analyses, measuring return on investment, market share evolution and channel performance, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in an increasingly competitive environment.
About You:
You will bring a Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field, together with some years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing within a dynamic business environment. You will contribute a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to interpret data, identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Your influencing and negotiation skills will help you build effective relationships across different functions and stakeholders, while your understanding of diverse markets and cultural contexts will allow you to navigate complex business scenarios with confidence. Experience within the FMCG industry, particularly in the Out of Home channel, as well as exposure to omnichannel environments and multi-category management,
will further strengthen your contribution. You will also bring excellent command of English and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, alongside strong PowerPoint and Word skills.

What We Offer:
The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
