ams OSRAM is seeking a senior RF/analog layout leader in Italy to define and drive the HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical ICs or comparable RF ICs. You will lead floorplanning, develop robust layout methodologies, and ensure parasitic-aware implementations while mentoring a team of layout engineers. The candidate should have a MSc/BSc in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience, including high-speed interfaces and advanced CMOS node work (FinFET/FD-SOI).
