Overview As a Sales Account Manager at Agilent, you drive growth for our Chemistries & Supplies portfolio across Northern Italy. You will build and sustain key customer relationships, identify solutions for non-standard inquiries, and promote our laboratory products to pharma and biopharma customers. You’ll plan lead generation and sales approaches to meet quotas while coordinating cross-functional projects. This role offers remote work with travel and a company car, within an international, performance-driven environment.

Generate sales across designated accounts and industries Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships Understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks Promote products and inform customers about new introductions Create and revise lead generation plans Determine approaches to sales assignments to achieve quotas Lead cross-functional projects requiring coordination with other functions

Requisiti fondamentali

University degree in Chemistry (preferably Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry) or another Life Sciences-related field Experience in sales to laboratory environments (pharma/biopharma focus) and good knowledge of laboratory workflows Good knowledge of analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectrometry and/or spectroscopy Full proficiency in Italian and good level of English Autonomous Outgoing Customer-focused Chromatography Spectrometry Spectroscopy
