Orion S.P.A. , a company active in the Oil & Gas sector since 1950, is searching for a candidate to join its Contract Review Department .

The Contract Review Department is responsible for determining product requirements, solving any inconsistencies among the identified requirements, verifying applicability and feasibility, managing contract changes, and documenting the review results.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Detailed examination of Project specifications and definition of requirements.
- Managing communications with other internal departments, customers and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure compliance with Project requirements.
- Follow-up on outstanding project items and documentation.

Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelor/Master’s degree in a technical field or min 2 years of experience in project management, technical documentation review, planning.
- Ability to interpret specifications and technical documents and to resolve potential conflicts.
- Ability in problem-solving, complying with delivery schedules and budgeted costs.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English languages.
- Good knowledge of Office applications.
- Aptitude for teamwork in multidisciplinary context.
