ams Italy S.r.l. in Lombardy is seeking an experienced Technical Leader for HF analog layout strategy of broadband optical ICs or similar RF ICs. You will steer layout architecture and floorplanning, set parasitic-aware methodologies, and mentor the layout team. You will collaborate with design teams to drive sign-off, ensure high-speed receiver/transmitter interfaces meet performance targets, and implement advanced CMOS node practices including FinFET/FD-SOI.
