To improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Supply Chain activities through in-depth knowledge of the SC processes and related information systems. To support and give guidance to the Supply Chain operational areas including reporting of Key Performance Indicators with a view of year-on-year improvement. To ensure that the international Best Practices defined by Belron SC are effectively implemented in Italy.
To contribute making Italian best practices known and appreciated internationally. To suggest possible solutions to the challenges received from the Operations and the market, providing valuable insight and improvement initiatives aiming to improve service and optimize costs To strengthen relationship between Supply Chain and other company departments, creating a collaborative culture To represent Supply Chain within initiatives in the Corporate Social Responsibilities area Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Good knowledge of ERP systems and other IT Systems (WMS, TMS, DP tools, etc.) In-depth understanding of SCM & Logistics processes Certification in Lean Six Sigma (preferrable) Advanced MS-Office Skills B.Sc. in economics, engineering or similar Experienced in moderation of workshops and training of employees Excellent analytical capability Knowledge in leading teams through change Fluent English skills both written and spoken Ability to work within international/multinational teams Practical experience in Continuous Improvement Ai sensi della normativa vigente l’offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta a entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77).
