Overview Join KPMG Studio Associato’s M&A; Tax Team in Bologna to drive tax due diligence, corporate restructurings, and cross-border tax analyses. You’ll evaluate treatment under national and international accounting standards and contribute to tax opinions and rulings. You’ll prepare tax returns and support advisory work for extraordinary transactions, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape tax strategy in high-impact deals.

Responsabilità

Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions)



Corporate restructuring support Analyses of tax treatment under OIC and IAS/IFRS Prepare national and international tax opinions Assist with applications for tax rulings Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)

Requisiti fondamentali

Up to 2 years of professional experience at International Law Firms (Big Four or Advisory Firms) Master’s Degree in Economics or Law with grade >100/110 Excellent knowledge of English Excellent knowledge of Office suite Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills Good organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability Flexibility and dynamism Interpersonal skills Teamwork Problem-solving Tax due diligence OIC and IAS/IFRS knowledge Tax opinions and tax rulings
