About The Team
You'll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- 1. Last Mile capacity planning: Creation of structured capacity plans on a 1-6 months time frame
- 2. Last Mile Risk Mitigation: Monitor actual capacity to identify capacity risks and propose risk mitigation approaches
- 3. Execution analysis:
Analyze and understand gaps between plan and execution and work with relevant stakeholders to rectify gaps
- 4. System and Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly improve the quality of our last mile capacity
- 5. Peak Planning: Create and coordinate the execution of peak capacity plans
About You
- 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher;
- 2. Experience in capacity planning, capacity controlling
- 3. Proficient in Office software and solid data analysis and management skills.
- 4. Possess a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
