We are looking for a Facility Specialist to join our Mediterranean Europe team, based in Milan, and support the day-to-day management of our workplace and facility operations across the region. The role ensures safe, functional and efficient working environments while coordinating internal stakeholders, external suppliers and facility-related activities.Aumenti le sue possibilità di arrivare alla fase del colloquio leggendo la descrizione completa del lavoro e candidandosi tempestivamente.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day and extraordinary activities related to facilities and workplace environments across the regionMonitor buildings, systems and infrastructure, ensuring functionality, safety and business continuityCoordinate external suppliers and service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, catering and other facility-related servicesSupport office space allocation and equipment inventory managementEnsure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations, working closely with HSE, Real Estate, HR, Legal and other relevant teamsManage purchase orders, invoices and supplier costs, and support supplier performance and contract managementAct as a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on facility-related mattersIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality and employee experience,
promoting best practices and continuous improvementSupport sustainability initiatives related to facilities, buildings and workplace operationsProvide operational support to the Company Car Fleet Manager in the day-to-day management of the corporate fleetSupport facility projects across the region and travel to other European offices when required (approximately twice a year)QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant fieldAt least 3 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Management or a similar role, preferably in an international environmentProven experience managing external suppliers and contractorsFluency in Italian and English; French is a plusStrong problem-solving, organizational xysqume and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive approach, with the ability to anticipate issues and identify improvement opportunitiesGood negotiation skills and ability to manage suppliers and costsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environmentWhat's in It for YouInternational and collaborative working environmentHybrid work model and flexible working hoursCareer development and learning opportunitiesCompetitive compensation package, including a variable incentive planAdditional benefits including private health insurance and meal vouchers
