You’ll have the autonomy to solve complex engineering challenges while continuously improving the quality and reliability of our solutions.What You’ll Be DoingDesign, build and evolve production‑grade backend services for industrial IoT solutions using Go, MQTT, Kafka and modern distributed‑system patternsOwn backend capabilities end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to automated testing, deployment, observability and production reliabilityTranslate product and customer needs into pragmatic technical solutions,
collaborating across engineering teams and service boundariesBuild and improve event‑driven data flows and integrations that reliably process and expose industrial IoT dataDrive engineering quality through thoughtful design, code reviews, test automation, secure development practices and CI/CDInvestigate operational challenges and continuously improve the performance, scalability and maintainability of our backend servicesWhat We're Looking ForStrong hands‑on experience developing production software in Go within complex, real‑world environmentsExperience designing distributed or IoT backend services, including MQTT; experience with Kafka and Sparkplug B is considered an advantageHands‑on experience with automated testing, CI/CD and containerized environments using technologies such as Docker and KubernetesStrong problem‑solving skills and an ownership mindset, with the ability to take solutions from design through deployment and productionGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product and technical teamsExperience with GitOps, TypeScript,
