in collaboration with the CTOMentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's training roadmapSupport Client Managers in pre-sales scoping, translating business requirements into technical architectures and realistic estimatesBring solutions to production in close collaboration with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering colleaguesTranslate technical work into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholdersTechnical requirementsFluent Italian, C1 EnglishStrong Python (pandas, NumPy), ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow), and gradient boosting libraries (XGBoost, LightGBM, Catboost).Solid foundations in statistics, probability and ML theoryProven experience with model validation and evaluation, with the ability to avoid common pitfalls (overfitting, data leakage)Experience with A/B testing, backtesting and causal inference techniquesAt least one shipped LLM use case (RAG, agent, copilot or similar), with a pragmatic, anti-hype approach to AI adoptionAdvanced SQL, familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake or similar)Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP, Azure or AWS)Experience with model deployment, monitoring and logging in productionGit and collaborative development, clean, testable and maintainable code beyond notebooksNice to haveAnalytics engineering experience with data from digital advertising and marketing platformsExperience turning one-off solutions into reusable internal tools, frameworks or productsMLOps practices: CI/CD for models,
