This role supports payroll processes for the Unilever Ice Cream business with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The Ice Cream business is being developed as a standalone entity, with plans to separate from Unilever by November 2025.Job purposeThe core purpose of the Payroll Coordinator is to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This involves managing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Payroll coordinator is the bridge among the payroll provider, the finance and human resources departments, handling the complexities of employee compensation.Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing and GovernancePaymentsReportingSalary split and letter productionIssue resolutionCompliance with tax and social security regulationsSupport for annual declarations (CU, 770, 730, INAIL, etc.)Leading payroll projectsExperiences & QualificationsMaster Degree in Economics,
