In brief:ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain a Project Execution Plan identifying roles and responsibilities of the project team, the Contractor and specialist sub-contractors and suppliers,Establish all required procedures and processes, incl quality, communication plans, risk registers, change management, reporting, workflows etc.Be the liaison between all project’s stakeholders and community members.Monitor the performance of the consultant team, Contractor and Client’s vendors and report to Client.Undertake regular site walks to supervise, promote and observe safety and progress. Report and track any corrective actions through to timely completion.Set up,
