integration patterns, and implementation plansGuide AI-assisted implementation by breaking work into well-structured tasks, reviewing generated code, and ensuring architectural consistencyCreate reusable patterns, reference implementations, architectural decision records, and engineering guidelines for the teamWork hands-on with FastAPI, Postgres, AWS-based services, data platforms, LLM applications, agents, and automation tools where usefulDesign integrations across internal and third-party systems with attention to reliability, security, data ownership, and maintainabilityYou will not just define diagrams or write specifications. collaborative environment with talented and ambitious peopleA broad variety of technical and business challenges across different domainsCompetitive compensation and benefitsFlexible working hours and hybrid work setup.You’re Probably a Fit IfYou have 5+ years building production software systems, with strong experience designing backend architectures and owning services from concept to deploymentA Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent advanced technical experience may also be consideredYou can turn a messy business problem into a clean domain model, data model, service design, and implementation planYou make pragmatic architecture decisions, explain trade-offs, and adapt designs as reality changesYou have strong Python backend experience and can work hands-on with FastAPI, Postgres, APIs, integrations, and AWS-based servicesYou use AI coding tools daily — Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar — and know how to guide them with clear architecture, constraints, tests, and review practicesYou care about software quality beyond the first implementation: modularity, observability, testing, security, migrations, operational reliability, and maintainability.Experience with LLM applications, agent frameworks, MCP servers, event-driven architectures, data warehouses such as Redshift, or complex operational domains is a strong plus. xysqume You do not need experience with every technology we use.
