The Architect will provide professional architectural design, technical consultation, and project support for military construction (MILCON), renovation, maintenance, demolition, and facilities development projects serving the U.S. Navy,
Marine Corps, and other Department of Defense customers. This position works closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, code‑compliant facility designs that meet mission requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional architectural support for the planning, design, construction, renovation, maintenance, and modernization of military facilities.Develop architectural concepts, programming documents, space planning solutions, and design packages for a variety of facility types.Review architectural drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical submissions for quality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.Provide technical consultation on facility planning, sustainable design, space utilization, and architectural best practices.Collaborate with engineers, project managers, planners, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Ensure compliance with DoD, NAVFAC, and federal design criteria, building codes, accessibility requirements, and life safety standards.Support military construction (MILCON), demolition, maintenance,
