Your tasksLead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICsDevelop and execute validation plans to verify compliance with product specificationsCharacterize device performance across process, voltage, and temperature conditionsDrive root-cause analysis and resolution of silicon issuesDefine validation methodologies, measurement strategies, and best practicesSupport design reviews and provide technical guidance during product developmentEstablish correlation between simulations, models, and silicon measurementsAnalyze system-level performance including signal integrity, jitter, BER, noise, power consumption, and reliabilityCollaborate with architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, product engineering, and manufacturing teamsSupport customer evaluations, qualification activities, and technical presentationsMentor junior validation and test engineersWho we are looking forMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics,
