The first assignment will involve the development of a new customer-facing product, working alongside engineers who care deeply about software quality, automation, observability, and secure-by-design architectures. /p /brpWe don't expect candidates to arrive with deep Rust expertise. Strong backend fundamentals, familiarity with distributed systems concepts, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to learn are more important to us. /p /brh3What You'll Do /h3 /brul /brliDesign and develop backend services in Rust /li /brliBuild distributed and asynchronous systems /li /brliContribute to architecture and technical decision-making /li /brliImprove system reliability, observability, security, and automation /li /brliWork primarily on long-term products rather than short-lived implementations /li /br /ul /brh3What We're Looking For /h3 /brul /brli2+ years of professional experience developing backend applications /li /brliFamiliarity with the challenges of distributed and asynchronous systems, including concepts such as eventual consistency, idempotency, and event-driven architectures /li /brliProficiency with Git workflows /br /liliFamiliarity with Linux and containerized environments /li /brliAble to comfortably read and write technical documentation, design documents, and engineering discussions in English /li /brliStrong engineering judgment to ensure correctness, security, performance, and maintainability /li /brliComfortable using AI-assisted development tools to increase effectiveness while maintaining critical thinking, code ownership, and engineering rigor /li /brliCuriosity, pragmatism,
