Reporting directly to the Finance Lead, you will be responsible for accurate weekly timesheet and payroll processing, together with delegated administration support across the BMC Group. We want you to reach your potential, we’d like to help you get there.What you will bringDemonstrated experience processing high-volume weekly payrolls within strict and immovable deadlinesA minimum of three years’ experience in a high-volume payroll position, preferably within construction, maintenance or a similar industrial environmentProven ability to process large volumes of timesheets,



payroll adjustments, allowances and employee changes accurately and efficientlyExperience interpreting and applying multiple Enterprise Agreements and project-specific payroll conditionsStrong reconciliation skills, numerical accuracy and attention to detail while working under significant time pressure.Proven ability to identify payroll anomalies, investigate discrepancies and elevate complex or unclear matters appropriatelyStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and fluctuating workloadsDemonstrated experience providing high-volume administration support across multiple departments, projects or operational teamsExperience maintaining employee and project records, reports, document registers, purchase orders and invoice administrationThe ability to respond to a high volume of payroll and administration enquiries professionally and promptlyStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with employees, supervisors and managers across the BMC GroupThe ability to follow established controls, maintain strict confidentiality, use initiative and meet compliance requirementsA flexible and collaborative approach,
