This role combines product development, process optimization, customer consulting, and troubleshooting, working closely with commercial and R&D teams to deliver innovative pasta solutions and drive customer success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers during product development, trials, commissioning, and production.Optimize pasta manufacturing processes for dry, fresh, and specialty pasta products.Lead factory trials, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend process improvements.Develop new formulations and applications in collaboration with R&D and commercial teams.Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.Support global sales by providing technical expertise during customer visits and presentations.Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products and technologies.Prepare technical documentation, reports,
