ppMercor is hiring experienced bprivate equity associates /b to build a financial model from a synthetic deal document pack, then peer-review models built by two other contractors on the same transaction. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liBuild a working financial model of an assigned bconsumer / leisure /b transaction from a synthetic deal document pack /li liDeliver an editable Excel workbook with live formulas, source references, and stated assumptions /li liPeer-review two anonymized models from other contractors against a fixed set of criteria, with a short written rationale for each and a completed review scorecard /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lib2-4 years total experience /b: ~2 years investment banking (Consumer / Retail or generalist MA - ideally Paris, London,



or elsewhere in Europe) followed by 1-2 years in mid-market or large-cap private equity /li liCurrently or recently an bAssociate at a mid-market or large-cap PE fund with a consumer / leisure / multi-site services focus /b (fitness clubs, owned vs. franchise, multi-site roll-ups); a Paris office or French deal experience is preferred /li liAble to build a financial model from source documents, without a template /li libEnglish-speaking /b /li /ul h3Logistics /h3 ul libEffort: /b ~20-25 hours over 1.5-2 weeks /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
