Tenova leverages a workforce of over 2,500 forward-thinking professionals located in 18 countries across 5 continents, who design technologies and develop services that help companies reduce costs, save energy, limit environmental impact and improve working conditions.Description:Proposal EngineerWe are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our Cold Rolling Downstream Team, supporting the preparation and coordination of technical offers in line with client requirements, internal standard and cost estimates.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the technical development of proposals, ensuring alignment between client specifications, internal standards, and supplier input.Define and validate preliminary plant layouts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and technical constraints.Support risk analysis activities, contributing to the identification of technical and execution risks.Interface with Engineering to consolidate technical documentation, material lists, and scope definition.Ensure consistency between technical scope and cost estimates, identifying gaps or optimization opportunities.Prepare and integrate technical documentation for the final offer submission.Monitor progress of proposal development,
