The mission is to enhance safety and driving experience by creating state-of-the-art technologies that empower vehicles to navigate diverse driving conditions with optimal stability and control.YOU CORE ACTIVITIESProject Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for vehicle stability and control systems projects. define project tasks and resource requirementsStakeholder Management: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders,

with a focus on automotive projects on automotive electronic systems.Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, multiple parties projects, A-SPICE, Functional safety and Cybersecurity methodologies.Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.Prior experience in interfacing OEM customers and external partnersExcellent proficiency in English.WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITIONProject Management (PM) certification is required.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project objectives.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent decision-making abilities.COMPENSATION PACKAGEThe employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining AgreementThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 50,000.The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualificationsThe position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
