This role will be based in Zuma Rome. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Zuma Rome is proud to be part of the Azumi Collection.Main DutiesYour key responsibilities will include:Build strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendationsPrepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistencyMaintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areasMaximize sales through up-selling and responding to guest needs promptlyStay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team membersAdhere to safety, hygiene,
