With our wide range of technologies, including in the clean tech space, we help our customers solve their most complex engineering challenges.Your day-to-dayConduct and support Root Cause Analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D) for both internal production issues and customer complaintsReview and develop quality documents (Control Plan, PPAP documents, MSA)Manage calibration and traceability of production measurement instrumentsMonitor and analyze quality performance indicatorsInspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are metCollaborate with Operations and R&D to develop, implement and monitor corrective actions and improvementsEnsure that workflows, processes, and products comply with internal procedures, IATF standard and customer specific requirementsManage internal and external (suppliers) nonconformitiesManage internal Quality Concern ReportInternal Process AuditWho We Are Looking ForMinimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering2+ years of experience in quality department (QA, QC, SQE, …) will be considered as a plus2+ years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive is a plus)Familiarity with total quality concepts, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949 proceduresExperience on preparing and collaborating on Quality control plans, pFMEA,
