ams OSRAM is seeking a technical expert for the physical implementation of high-speed digital and mixed-signal ICs.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in digital backend design, strong STA, timing closure, and physical verification skills, plus experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, MIPI.
