You have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for the construction industry.Competenze, Esperienza, Qualifiche: se possiede i requisiti giusti per questa occasione, si candidi oggi stesso.Responsibilities include, but not limited toAssisting with the coordination and management of all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeoutCollaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are metAssisting in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plansMonitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and updating project documentationSupporting procurement efforts, including tracking materials and equipment deliveriesHelping to manage subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standardsConducting site visits to aid with inspections, meetings, and quality control activitiesHelping to address any issues or changes that arise during construction, ensuring timely resolutionsPreparing and distributing regular project status reports to stakeholdersAiding with the project financials,
