You will manage plant CAPEX projects and work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.Your ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data‑driven improvementsSupport preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure adequate spare parts availabilityCollaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and compliance with safety regulationsParticipate in equipment, machinery, and process validation and support troubleshooting of production and quality issuesAnalyze technical and production KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actionsContribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, including procedures related to safety and environmentDefine technical, quality, and production specifications for new investments and manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioningYour QualificationsBachelor’s or Master degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical,
