POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing
initiatives to enhance the hotel’s brand awareness, drive revenue, and create
engaging guest experiences. This role coordinates promotional campaigns, social
media activities, content creation, partnerships, and events while ensuring
brand standards are consistently maintained. Working closely with hotel
departments and external partners, the Marketing Coordinator is bright, creative
and highly organized, helps promote the hotel's services, outlets, and
experiences to both local and international audiences and ensure that ideas move
smoothly from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and
promotional activities.
* Manage and update social media channels and digital content.
* Coordinate marketing materials, photography, and creative assets.
* Support the promotion of hotel outlets, events, and special offers.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or partners.
* Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting.
* Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related
field.
* 1 year experience in marketing within luxury, lifestyle or hospitality.
* Strong execution and coordination skills with a genuine creative and
communication mindset.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Hands-on and detail oriented
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with Marriott Int. is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
* Flexibility to support hotel events and promotional activities when required.
* Occasional travel within the local market for business and networking
opportunities.
