At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions.As Offshore Structural Engineer (hull specialist), you will respond to the Head of Naval Department and be part of the ENCAR.How can you support us?Review Client technical documentation and requirementsContribute to the writing of the Project Structural Design Brief (roadmap of all the structural design and analyses work on the project)Liaise with other Project Specialists and Designers whenever required for a proper completion of the work assignedDesign structural systems and components, pursuing objectives of sound engineering and design optimization in terms of costs, fabrication simplicity, constructability and safety and supervise setting up of bill of quantities or material take off (MTO)Verify structural strength or dynamic behaviour of items designed by others (piping support specialists, vendors, technical building suppliers, etc.)What are we looking for?Education: Master’s degree/bachelor’s degree in Naval EngineeringExperience: minimum 5 years as offshore structural engineer within structured companiesLanguages: English (C1),
