About Us: ICRI S.p.A. brings years of expertise to the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BMS, and fire protection sectors. Our core services span system design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, energy assessments, and General Contractor/Facility management. The Role: We are seeking an intern to join our Legislative Compliance – FGAS & Thermal Registry team. You will support documentation management, assist clients, and verify regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with regulatory compliance inquiries and requests; - Review, validate, and process technical and administrative documentation for FGAS and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE) ; - Input and update records on dedicated management portals and software; - Coordinate with technical staff to ensure all legal deadlines and obligations are met; - Occasionally accompany colleagues on-site for inspections when required. Qualifications: - Technical diploma in Plumbing, Energy, Mechanical Engineering ,



or equivalent; - Genuine interest in HVAC regulations and statutory compliance; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities; - Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills; - Willingness to split time between office duties and client sites.
