C-level stakeholder on status and decisionsPlan and consolidate monthly cost, performance and KPI reports for budget visibilityCollaborate with System Integrators IT Center od Excellence, R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Production forIT-business alignmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational food and consumer companies, managing complex digital transformation programs and at least 15 years of overall IT seniorityProven program management with strong Agile expertiseDeep knowledge of leading PLM platforms and SAP ERP integration xysqume Understanding of R&D, PLM orchestration, marketing briefing, packaging processesExperience in supplier selection, contracts, vendor managementStrong risk management and mitigation strategy skillsChange management and transformational leadership capabilitiesExcellent communication for cross-functional/C-level interactionsAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environmentsSkills in working under pressure and handling crisesFluency in Italian and EnglishLocation: South Piedmont (hybrid work)Annual salary range: EUR 14 #J-18808-Ljbffr
