Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will bring 7+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverablesDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirementsMonitor the progress and performance of assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocksFacilitate regular status meetings and ensure clear and timely communication of project updates to all stakeholdersMaintain accurate project documentation, timelines, reports, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed, ensuring quality and timely deliverySupport the management of multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity while maintaining high standards of executionContribute to the optimization of project workflows, processes, and collaboration across teamsChampion best practices in project management and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvementQualificationsStrong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and integrated campaign deliveryExcellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and business needsDemonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners in fast-paced environmentsStrong ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies,
