From urban planning to residential and mixed-use developments, from corporate campuses to public buildings and hotels, each ACPV ARCHITECTS project embodies a new vision where nature and the noblest human aspirations can find new centrality.Position: ACPV is looking for a Business Development Officer to be included in our Business Development team.The role will involve identifying and managing commercial opportunities aligned with the company’s market positioning strategy. The selected candidate will work in close coordination with internal stakeholders and in synergy with the in-house Tender Office.The role will include a range of activities such as:Researching and monitoring public and private tenders and other business opportunities in line with ACPV’s strategic goalsCoordinating with the in-house Tender Office, particularly for the management of invited competitions, private tenders, and unsolicited applicationsCompleting pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ/PQQ)



and supplier registration forms aimed at generating new business opportunitiesAnalyzing and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs, RFQs, etc.) to support the New Business team in meeting deadlines and requirementsDrafting and assembling technical and financial proposals, including attachments such as references, fee breakdowns, and resource schedules, in coordination with internal stakeholders and external consultantsUpdating Business Development databases (CRM, projects, consultants, contacts)Supporting the organization and maintenance of the Business Development archive (case studies, methodological reports, etc.)Requirements:Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, or related fields2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within architecture firms, engineering or construction companiesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines independentlyKnowledge of public and private tender processesExcellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plusEnglish fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)A strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Power BI, Airtable, and similar platforms is highly valuedSoft skills:Proactivity and team spiritStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinking and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environmentOther information: ACPV is committed to creating a better working environment by supporting workforce diversity. xysqume All applications for vacant positions will be welcomed and considered based on merit, regardless of nationality, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, age, religion, or belief.#J-18808-Ljbffr
