The HR Business Partner is responsible for operational excellence and organizational health at assigned site(s), serving as an individual contributor partnering directly with Field Leaders and site leadership teams. You will strengthen culture and deliver business results by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, executing business goals through data-driven decision making, and partnering with campus leaders to improve the employee experience. Lo scopra qui sotto.You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility, supporting multiple sites within your region (campus) with regular mobility across assigned locations.Key job responsibilitiesEmployee Experience & EngagementFoster two-way communication between employees and leaders through feedback mechanisms like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walksExecute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budget planning and employee appreciation activitiesBuild an environment where employees feel safe and included, establishing Employee Resource Groups and ensuring equitable talent practicesMaintain meaningful floor presence across the site, gathering insights and identifying early signs of disengagementOperational Excellence & Site StandardsConduct regular site walks to assess workplace conditions and maintain facility standards in alignment with Amazon standardsPartner with site leaders and safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programsLead community initiatives at your site(s), partnering across your node and with Public Policy and Public Relations teamsImprove site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns,



addressing root causes, and ensuring consistent, fair application of policiesData-Driven Decision Making & TechnologyUse data analytics to identify emerging trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutionsDrive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service delivery in critical momentsStrategic PXT LeadershipPartner with site leadership to balance operational needs with Amazon's values and people prioritiesCoach Business Leaders on effective people management practices, including performance feedback, team development, and employee relations mattersSupport change implementation by reinforcing messaging, addressing resistance, and helping leaders translate change into local routinesExecute core PXT processes while building trust and influence through sound business acumenA day in the lifeYour day will be a dynamic blend of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making. You'll leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and develop solutions that enhance workplace experience. From coaching leadership teams on workforce management to driving HR process excellence, you'll collaborate with Field leaders on operational objectives and team effectiveness. You'll maintain strong floor presence, building partnerships across all levels while contributing to meaningful workplace improvements through site walks, employee feedback sessions, and strategic initiatives.Success comes from your ability to navigate organizational dynamics, lead change initiatives, and make high-judgment decisions in ambiguous situations. you'll help create a workplace culture where employees feel valued and empowered.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalentFluent verbal and written communication skills in English and ItalianRelevant experience within human resources or equivalent (e.G., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's Degree or MBAExperience supporting operational Environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar)Ability to effectively train, guide, and support others in the use of various HR technologies and digital platforms, with a focus on increasing user adoption and enhancing end-user experienceDemonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leadersExperience handling employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigationsStrong coaching and influencing skills with ability to guide leaders through complex situationsExperience supporting employee engagement and development initiatives with measurable impacts on employee retention or satisfactionAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
