Ensure all activities related to the New Product Introduction are within the requested scope of work and given timeline.What kind of work will you be doing?Coordinate the Manufacturing Readiness – New Products introductionExecute projects to provide all technical capabilities to TM manufacturing sites so that they can execute NPI, productivity/efficiency improvement programs, and other strategic projects for the BUsIs the major contributor to defining the right processes for TM product assembly and testingSpecify new (Smart) technologies, jigs,
and fixtures to achieve efficient manufacturingContributes to DFM analyses and coordination within NPDI teamsSupports the implementation of Operations Excellence projects across BUs in the TM productionsWorks on specific tasks assigned by the TM Advanced Manufacturing Engineering ManagerResponsible for the successful Manufacturing/Engineering Prototype build, including the EoL testR&D cooperation and supportAct as the main contributor to the Manufacturing processesContributes to automation improvementsContributes to RTG/STD hours improvementsContributes to assembly line optimizationCooperate with VOS and other departments on production improvementsWhat will make you successful?Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Management EngineeringAt least 5-10 years of working experience in a similar roleKnowledge of CAD toolsEnglish languageAvailable to travel, if neededThe anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco, Italy is between 48.000€ to 60.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements.
