and overall project success.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main client contact, building and maintaining strong long‑term relationships.Oversee all design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities.Manage contracts, budgets, risk, and financial performance of projects.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Engineers.Ensure strict compliance with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements throughout project execution.RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).10+ years’ experience in large private‑sector construction (EPC/EPCM).Proven track record delivering complex industrial or mission‑critical facilities (e.G., data centres, logistics, or large industrial builds).Fluent in Italian and English. xysqume Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
