This role provides hands‑on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liSupports all financial and operational accounting activities, including monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, cash flow statements, flash reporting, cash management, costing, and budgeting /li liLeads the monthly accounting close process for multiple entities /li liDrives the digitalization of accounting processes /li liAssists in forecasting and budgeting, including variance análisis /li liProvides financial evaluation and business case support for new openings /li liPrepares financial reports, KPIs,



and dashboards for internal stakeholders /li liCollaborates directly with Operations Managers to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi‑site FB, hospitality, or retail environment /li liStrong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English /li liSolid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools /li liKnowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS /li liProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills /li liPrevious experience in team management /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendations /li liExtensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting /liliSalary Range: 40.000€ to 55.000€ gross per year /li liDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond. /li liCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
