The selected candidate will join an international IT team and contribute to defining and implementing innovative solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, supporting the processes of the Würth Group.Responsibilities:Define automation roadmaps and analyze existing processes to identify optimization potentialDesign end-to-end solutions for business process automationProvide technical leadership in selecting platforms (e.G., UiPath, Power Automate) and defining best practices and development standardsDesign and implement solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) and UiPathCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architectureOversee solution quality through testing, documentation, and continuous improvementProvide technical advisory to stakeholders and promote automation best practicesMonitor technological trends in RPA, DPA, low-code, and AI-driven automationRequirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
