We foster a culture ofresilience, challenge, respect, excellence,andchange, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.We’re currently looking for aTreasury Officer – Project Financeto join our M Renewables team in Italy in ourMilanoffices.Your role will encompass:Preparing presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers and reports addressed to banks for Project Financing transactionsManaging complex financial models to analyse debt funding and returnsEvaluating bankability aspects of projects documents (EPC, O&M, PPA)
and providing support with quantitative analytical analysisSelection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence coordinationDealing execution including financial close process, CPs satisfaction and drawdownsFinance documents administration, compliance reports, undertakings reportin and waiver processWhat you bring to the role:Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration. A Master's Degree in a related field will be considered an asset1/2 years'proven experience in banks, advisory firm or big organization with similar responsabilitiesStrong knowledge in Project Financing documentation, due diligence and financial close processKnowledge of legal and accounting principles of non-recourse financingExcellent knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsItaliand and English knowledgeAttractive remuneration packageFriendly and professional working environmentCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt a flexible cooperation model to achieve fast results and increase productivityFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
