building commercial pipeline and closing deals) focusing on: /p ul libData Center: /bDevelop Engie’s proposal for Data Center, structuring co‑siting (with Flex/ thermal/PV assets) solutions to supply Data Center; /li libHybrid PPA (PV, Wind, Bess) /b: Develop hybrid PPA solution targeting a 24/7 solutions for mature clients and data centers; /li libGreen Power PPAs /b: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature opportunities in Italian Upstream PPA with third party developer and with Engie projects; /li liCooperate with Downstream sales team in structuring and drafting the downstream PPA offers; /li libBESS/Flex Tolling /b: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature BESS tolling/flex optimization opportunities with third party developers; /li liFull comprehension of the pricing methodologies and models and collaboration to the development of the relevant models in close collaboration with the power portfolio and pricing team; /li liFollow legislative and market structural changes in the Italian markets impacting SEM green power and flexibility business; /li liProvide technical market knowledge and commercial support to implement contracts properly, while ensuring a very good coordination of the different stakeholders/counterparties involved. /li /ul pThis is a front office role, working in a dynamic trading floor environment and in close collaboration with trading, quants, risk, legal, and other origination teams. /p pABOUT YOU /p ul libMore than 5 years of experience in the energy market, with relevant experience in structured origination. /bTrack record in Italian green power with track record in structured deals negotiated and signed . /li /ul ul liMaster degree in quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.). /li /ul ul liSolid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets and regulatory context. /li /ul ul liKnowledge of pricing models, risk metrics,
