You will be able to help us define new ways of conducting our business while also improving our current processes & operations. You will be at the center of laying the foundation for the coming decades of our scale up and growth.Main responsibilities and ContentsConfigure serialized and customized systems in TeamcenterEnsure compliance with defined product variants and options while integrating Engineer-to-Order (ETO) requirementsDevelop, maintain, and govern configurator rules and frameworks for bid and order configurationDefine and assess the impact of ETO requirements and prepare project-specific configuration structures for efficient implementationMaintain and enrich the product and variant catalogue,
including the implementation of new variants from development or change initiativesAnalyze the variant portfolio to ensure economic efficiency and eliminate underutilized variantsManage product changes across the full product lifecycle in accordance with the NCA Product Change Management process (acting as Auditor / Change Specialist 2)Perform change impact and cost assessments, create Change Requests / Orders in Teamcenter, and align with Product Cost EstimationPrepare and moderate Change Control Board (CCB) meetingsProvide advisory support to projects, sales, and operations during ETO executionSkills, qualifications and abilitiesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualificationWillingness to understand and live product configuration, variant management, and change managementKnowledge of PLM systems, ideally Teamcenter is a plusUnderstanding of serialized systems and Engineer-to-Order processesExperience managing product changes throughout the product lifecycle, including cost impact evaluationStructured and analytical working style with the ability to assess complex technical interdependencies xysqume Strong communication and moderation skills in interdisciplinary environmentsFluent in English; German language skills are an advantageAt thyssenkrupp nucera Italy we offer:international work environment in interdisciplinary and multinational teams; flat hierarchies and short decision-making routes; flexible working time (flexible working hours at office and smartworking); welfare plan; agreements with special rates for local transportation means and fitness studio membership; availability of canteen inside the company; availability of public transportation infrastructure: Metrò green line M2, stop Crescenzago, as well as speedway tangenziale est, exit Cascina Gobba.#J-18808-Ljbffr
