Continui a leggere per scoprirlo e invii la sua candidatura.International Fashion Brand / HR Operations / Milan -A global Japanese fashion brand is currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to join its EMEA HR team in Milan.The Senior HR Advisor will act as the local HR subject matter expert, supporting employee relations, HR administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance with local employment legislation. The role will serve as a key link between employees, managers, external partners, and regional HR teams.The ideal candidate should have strong HR operations experience, deep knowledge of Italian employment law, and the ability to support a fast-paced international environment.(Ref: LS47614-3 - Please include this when making any enquiries.)Main ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on Italian employment legislation, labour regulations, and HR compliance mattersSupport employee relations including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and workplace mattersManage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, employee changes, transfers, promotions, and offboardingManage payroll inputs, payroll validation, reconciliation, and employee payroll enquiriesAdminister employee benefit programmes and coordinate with vantaggi providers and brokersEnsure compliance with statutory HR requirements including employment documentation, registrations, social insurance, and reportingSupport HR audits,
regulatory reviews, and communication with external authoritiesPartner with business leaders, regional HR teams, Legal, Finance, and external providers on HR initiativesIdeal CandidateDegree in HR or related field; professional HR qualification preferred5+ years' experience in HR generalist or HR operations rolesStrong knowledge of Italian employment law, labour regulations, and HR complianceExperience supporting payroll and benefits administrationExperience working in a multinational environment preferredExperience in retail, fashion, apparel, footwear, or cosmetics industries is advantageousStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAble to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFluent English and Italian communication skillsConditionsLocation: Milan, ItalyWorking Style: Hybrid (50%)Salary: €60,000 per annum depending on experience + 10% bonusJob Type: permanent, full-timeWorking Hours: TBCStart: negotiableBenefits: TBC*All applicants for the Senior HR Advisor position must have the right to work in Italy without any restrictions as the Company is not able to offer visa support.*We regret that we cannot accept applications from Working Holiday, Graduate or Student visa holders. xysqume If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.
