Demonstrated publication trajectory reflecting academic excellence and capacity to generate impact within local and European economic spheres. Active involvement in dissemination and outreach activities (e.G., conferences, interviews, media contributions).Proven pedagogical competencies to deliver quality teaching at graduate and undergraduate levels.
Experience in design and management of educational programs is a plus.Excellent command of English. Italian or other languages are not required.Solid grounding in social sciences, consistent with ESCP’s intellectual tradition.Preference for candidates with several years of experience as faculty members and a track record of success in research, teaching, and service.BenefitsCompetitive salary: €54,000–€67,000 for Assistant Professors and €58,000–€85,000 for Associate Professors. Supplementary compensation up to 30% of gross annual salary may be offered for strong or high‑potential research profiles.
