A private safari camp in Musina, Limpopo is seeking an experienced Camp Manager with professional Sous Chef experience to take responsibility for the smooth running of the camp and the overall guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong camp management experience combined with the ability to assist with food preparation and kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Previous experience in a safari lodge or camp environment
- Proven camp or lodge management experience
- Professional Chef or Sous Chef experience
- Ability to assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Recognised Chef qualification advantageous
- Excellent guest relations and hosting skills
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle essential
- Ability to work independently in a bush environment




- Hands-on approach and willingness to assist across the camp

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the camp
- Manage staff and daily camp operations
- Host guests and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation
- Assist with food stock, ordering, food costs, hygiene and cleanliness
- Maintain high culinary and presentation standards
- Assist with general camp duties where required

PACKAGE:
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- Live-in accommodation provided
- Own reliable vehicle required
