- Automated warehouse solutions For our branch in Modena we are looking for a Logistics Team Lead with a deep experience in logistics flow in an automotive /industrial sector. 1. JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES We are currently recruiting a Logistics Team Lead to supervise all aspects related to logistics flow in an automotive environment for: - Inbound operation (Loading / Unloading, Checking, Booking, Deviation Management)
- Putway goods
- Management of the supermarket area with a Kanban system approach
- Picking, Kitting & Sequencing material for production
- Line feeding goods to the production line
- Shipping
- Inventory management Your personal and team’s responsibilities include: - Creating and Developing Logistics process with a CI approach
- Recruiting and developing a team to ensure maximum effectivity
- Inbound inventory receipting and locating.
- Inventory management and stock auditing.
- Shipping of finished goods and empty
- Picking, Kitting & Sequencing materials
- Line feeding parts from the warehouse areas to production line
- Picking, packing and shipping spare parts and kits
- General housekeeping with 5S to be introduced
- Liaising with senior management and customers with status updates 2. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven, checkable experience to undertake the role.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Very Good knowledge of both Inbound and outbound logistic best practices including Kitting & Sequencing for production
- Very Good experience in line feeding, Kanban and WCM methodology best practices
- Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Full, clean driving licence is essential
- Forklift certificate a vantaggi
