Interroll is recognized as a technology leader, with our solutions used by world-class brands such as Amazon, Coca-Cola, DHL, Siemens, and many more.We are currently looking for Field Service Technicians based in Italy to support the installation, commissioning, and servicing of our intralogistics systems. This role is ideal for hands‑on technicians who enjoy working directly with customers and equipment, and who are comfortable traveling to project sites.The focus is on supporting customers in Italy, especially with regard to services (e.G. Maintenance and repairs) as well as new installations. In addition, the area of responsibility will include working in the local Customer Helpdesk (phone support for customers) and taking on on‑call duties.
