You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that’s inclusive, energetic, and always on-brand.You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.What You’ll Need:1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership stylePassion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aestheticA proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targetsExperience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage controlA “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focusedStrong operational, VM,
