With a proactive and dynamic approach, the role will contribute, together with the key reference figures (Employer, H&S Manager / RSPP, Safety Managers and Supervisors), to ensuring a working environment in which Health and Safety are at the core of every activity. This will be achieved by acting directly on working conditions and behaviors and by contributing to the development and dissemination of a strong safety culture, where safety is considered a priority over any other parameter.Key responsibilitiesRisk assessment activities and preparation of the required risk evaluation documentation in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/08Analysis and management of Near Misses and UA and UC eventsInspection and analysis of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipmentParticipation in the development and updating of emergency plansPeriodic execution of internal safety auditsImplementation of the SIS (Stellantis Industrial System)



methodology with regard to safety-related activitiesManagement and coordination of health and safety training delivery in the workplaceSupport in the management of activities related to health surveillance and supplier managementUpdating of reference documentation in line with current regulations and best practicesProfileCompletion of Module A and Module B qualification required to hold the ASPP (Assistant Health and Safety Prevention Officer) roleRequired knowledge and ability to apply applicable health, safety and environmental legislation (Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments)Bachelor's Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and WorkplaceBachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringSolid professional experience of at least 3–5 years in managing EHS aspects within complex industrial organizations, preferably operating in the applied mechanics sectorCityVerroneMinimum level of experience required3 to 5 yearsOrganisationJoining us means joining a global company.
